I uninstalled my prior version of X1 ver 8.1 and installed the current build. Originally I had difficulty installing 8.2, but that was resolved after updating net framework. After the install, I get a screen that takes me nowhere, but the system seems to be indexing. I have the menu at the top, and the search box, but can not type into it. The bottom says it is indexing and when I take a look, my drive appears to be fully indexed. Nevertheless, the rest of the screen is blank. I am running Win7 64bit. Outlook is 32 bit though. What do you recommend? Thank you.
