Outlook hangs when using X1

I have been experiencing odd (and annoying) behavior the last couple of week. When I start Outlook - not ever time, but maybe every third time or so - it will hang at the "Loading Profile" step. I have done all obvious Outlook troubleshooting steps, including scanpst. But what will cause it to start right away is when I terminate the X1Servicehost.exe process.

Anyone else experiencing this?
