No text showing in install window

I'm trying to install X1 again, and now when the install window comes up there's no text in it.

Either that or there's a problem with x1searchsetup.exe, which doesn't seem likely since I re-downloaded a fresh trial version.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any idea what might be causing it?

Oh, and this is the only installer I'm having issues with.
