X1 8 causes Outlook to hang

I have the same issue.
If I leave my PC idle for a long time when I come back Outlook 2013 will not respond. Have to close x1 and restart outlook.
Notice that X1ServiceHosr.exe has high CPU

Is becoming an issue.
