Cannot Activate X1. Cannot use X1.

My laptop at work crashed and the OS was re-installed. I then tried to re-install X1 but cannot activate X1 using the activation screen. I cannot use X1.

I get the error: "There was a problem activating your license. Error(9101) A webservice call has failed."
It is likely to be the corporate firewall though I am not having problems with other software (and their software activations).

How can I activate X1?
