X1 Search 8 Post Search Action for Emails Doesn't Work

Hi X1 Support,

Please help. I have two user's for my corporation that purchased X1 Search 8 Pro. Both of them have the same issue where Post Search Actions (open, reply, forward, etc.) doesn't work. The Psa's work for files just not emails. Both user's have the following stats:

Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Office Pro 2010
Visio Standard 2013
Latest version of X1 8

Uninstalling and re-installing does nothing. I did a diagnostics report and submitted to X1 support. I don't know how to attach it to this thread. But viewing x1.log I see the following:
