Hi.
I have a X1 Search 8 license.
My hard disk crashed and I had to do a fresh install of all programs, including X1.
I do not have X1 installed on other machine.
However, I can't reinstall because there's "no activations left".
The deactivation procedure described at http://help.x1.com/entries/23780556-How-do-I-deactivate-my-Search-8-license-so-I-can-move-it-to-another-machine- applies only if you have access to the previous X1 installation, so it's useless if your hard disk is gone.
I'd like to deactivate all my previous activations on this same machine (the only one I have). Is there an easy way to reset previous activation? Should I email someone at X1 support with my license details?
Thank you.
