Failed to install, starting all over again

Here we go again.

The new beta went through the long download process – must be a slow server at your end. It started to install, warned me to close Outlook, but sadly failed when it came to closing X1. No opportunity to do it manually just a "bye bye".

So, start all over again. As I will have to when it comes to installing the new version on my two other licensed PCs. Good job I am not paying for internet access by the MB.

I know it will fall on deaf ears, but here is my usual request for a downloadable installer.
