I have upgraded to the latest X1 prof version (as of DEC 11, 2012), 6.7 I believe, and also have .NET v4.0.30319 installed and windows 7.
The upgrade came from the automated version checker popup. I clicked from that screen after I ensured .NET v4 was installed.
When I click X1 in my system tray, I see the splash screen with initializing the application, then it reverts to the main X1 console for 1-2 seconds, and then just dies. I cannot even click a menu or a field during that time.
