Documents missing from index

Thank you Kenward. I opened the document and did a "Save As" with a new name on my Desktop. Now X1 found it. Then I did another "Save As" in the original folder, but it wouldn't find it. So there are three versions of it in the original folder, which X1 will not find, but one version on the Desktop which it has.

But other documents in the original folder are found by X1. In fact, every other document in this folder is in the X1 index.
