Unable to Connect to X1 Service and related problem

Sorry Tony, I meant just stop the "real time indexing"

Go to Menu -> Data Sources
Click the pencil to edit
uncheck the box which says "Enable real-time indexing for outlook email

This just means that when the message first comes in, it will wait till the schedule to index instead of coming in real time.

And this isn't the best solution either, but it is something that we can use to work around while I discuss with our Dev team. Image

I stopped indexing everything and the request for an MSExchange password stopped also (so far). Not a good solutio, IMHO.
