After setup: Ask.. before starting indexing/set index folder

After a fresh install X1 automatically starts indexing and stores the index on they systemdrve (C:)

With me, the index files are stored on another drive.

1) In setup - ask - where X1 should store the index files
2) Also - ask - whether X1 should start indexing after install
For some reasons immediate indexing may not be desirable: e.g. when users wish to define which files (file-extension) should be indexed, that are not indexed by default)
