How to find folder names with "/" in the the name

Hi,
I need to find all my folders that have the "/" character in the name. (I am getting moved from Exchange to Zimbra, which cannot handle characters like forward slashes "/", double quotes ", or colons ":" in the name. I have many hundreds of folders, and perhaps 20-50 folders with "/" in the name buried all over the place.) I have tried various tricks to escape the "/" character in the Folder name column, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
