Does X1 Pro work with Zimbra?

I use X1 Pro at work. My company is going to switch from Exchange to Zimbra. Has anyone had experience using X1 on Zimbra? I am told I will be able to access my mailbox using an IMAP client. Will IMAP be enough to allow X1 to index the mailbox?

I have been using X1 since it first came out (8 years???), and am addicted to it. If the switch to Zimbra means no X1, there goes my productivity!
