Hello,
There are no specific features in X1 that force the name to appear with or without a space. The fields with names are extracted from the email client when X1 requests the information about a particular email message. So, what X1 is showing is simply what's returned from the email client.
I can't think of any specific situation that would cause these fields to appear without a space. If you're a Lotus Notes user, you may want to check with your Domino Directory and/or Contacts database to see if there are any settings that can cause the email address/name to appear without a space.
