Were these PSTs attached to a Mail Profile, or just sitting there as separate PST files?

If the latter, then by default X1 will not, and probably should not, index them.

My strategy is to have two Mail Profiles. One for regular email activity, the other for those PST files, mostly archives, that I also want indexed, but that are not always open in Outlook. The second Profile has no email accounts associates with it.

I find this an easier regime than adding PST files. It also allows me to retain PST files that I do not want X1 to index.
