"To:" shows FirstLast - unable to search by Last name

Hi,

I have the same issue with my installation of X1. I am using X1 version 6.7.4 (Build 4054eu) and Lotus Notes Release 8.5.3 on a Windows 7 64bit machine.

For the indexed mail, names in the "from" column are displayed as 'First Last' enabling me to search for the last name. In the "to" column, names are displayed as 'FirstLast' without the separating space preventing me to search for the last name.

I compared the way the names are displayed in the Lotus Notes client and X1 for the same mail (I checked on several different mails) and can confirm, that Lotus Notes has the separating space in both fields ("from" and "to") while X1 only keeps the space for the "from" field and seems to lose it in the "to" field.

Is there a patch fixing this problem or is there a known workaround?

P.s.: I tried to use the "Schedule Meeting" button in X1 as Noel suggested in the last post. I am getting an error message in X1 when I try this for both fields (with and without the space character): "Error executing Lotus Notes action" and Lotus Notes tells me that it can not find the database.
