Hi Thank you for the feedback, I think we had this similar issue in the last release. It doesn't always happen for the same reason. Do you happen to have your setuplog?

I know you have installed successfully but can you please send me the startup logs which have the aprox time of when you failed?

1. Click the "Start" button
2. In the Run box, enter the following: %TMP%
3. Press Enter
4. In the resulting directory, sort by the 'Name" column and send me the most current 'x1setup.log' and 'x1pro_install.<date>.log' files.
