I bought a copy of X1 Professional Search on 20-12-2009. Since that time I am spend a *VAST* number of hours wrestling with your software fighting with your software trying to get it to work reliably. It is utterly brilliant when it works but it has been astonishingly flaky.
Are you SERIOUSLY now telling me that in order to get X1 Search 8, that I will have to pay full price?
If so you have just made an enemy for life.
