X1 does not start - stops at Initializing Interface

Has this issue is never been resolved? I still cannot use X1. Even bought another indexing program, but really would like to benefit from my X1 purchase. I investigated the issue and the error logs are attached. Really 'hope' the issue will be resolved soon now.The error messages and screenshot are located here locate here
