Search Forums with X1 issue

I click on the Search Forums with X1 button and type "license" in the search field.
I get 330 matches.
I can click on many listings and read the post.
But when I click on some, I get the message "You are not authorised to read this forum."
This on a post from Kenward on 5/14 "To All X1 Search 8 users - Important update!"
Are these locked out?
