I am getting the same issue - in fact quite a few issues using X1 with Notes - the font issue is annoying and only appeared after upgrading to the latest release of X1. Also, for some unknown reason, my Notes client is switching to some ID that it thinks is located in the x1 folder in Program Files (stellent directory). Again, no idea why this is happening and did not happen before. I reinstalled x1, keeping my preferences, re-added my Notes databases, but ID issue is still happnening and now my favourite searches are not showing in the right hand pane or the toolbar, only if I click on Searches in the Menu bar.
Any ideas?
