I didn't particularly remove them, so I can't give you an answer for that.

In fact, this is a different codebase -- so it's not so much that they have been removed as they have not been added yet.

And I DO know which short cuts are you are talking about. Menu short cuts ---- and as I said we are discussing which ones we will add in the future.
